Gravesend’s Christmas lights will be switched on this year on Friday 18th November between 4:30pm and 6pm.

Produced by Cohesion Plus, which is working in partnership with Gravesham Borough Council and Kent Equality Cohesion Council to bring back this popular annual event.
Local schools will arrive at Community Square at 4pm to take part in a lantern parade, led by the Mayor of Gravesham Cllr, Peter Scollard at 4.30pm and the Christmas lights will be switched on as the parade passes by.

There will also be entertainment that will begin at 4:30pm in the town centre and Community Square, with music and the cast of this year’s Pantomime, Aladdin.
