So, in partnership with the Digital Helpline they are offering free 1-2-1 training sessions. These sessions are tailor-made to your needs, so you can start with the basics of how to charge a device, turn it on, and connect to the internet, right through to Internet Banking.

You can learn to:

• Set up a device and connect to the internet
• Create an email account and send emails
• Sign up for Internet Banking and bank online
• Book a doctors appointment
• Shop online for groceries
• Stay in touch with family and friends through video calls
