As part of Kent County Council’s Bus Service Improvement Plan they are offering free bus travel on all bus services running in Kent and Medway on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th June.
Why not leave the car at home, jump on the bus, and visit some of the many sites and attractions across Kent and Medway, or just visit friends and family. All routes on local bus services within Kent and Medway will be free to travel on from the first bus in the morning until 8pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
There is no need for a ticket, just turn up and hop on!
This initiative has been made possible by UK government funding through Kent’s Enhanced Bus Partnership Schemes. It is hoped it will encourage more people to use buses again following the pandemic and help reduce the number of cars on Kent’s roads.
